Items are shipped to you 100% FREE of charge! You will not see a shipping charge at your checkout point, nor will you be charged shipping through Google Checkout.

When should I expect to receive my order?
If you reside in the United States, depending on your location, you may wait up to 7-14 business days to receive your shipment. Typically, wait times are rarely that long within the Continental US. Please allow 1 to 2 extra business days for orders placed on weekends or holidays, and during times of inclement weather.
In Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands, you may wait up to 21 days or more, depending on your local postal processes.

Do you always carry the same items/have these items always in stock?
We carry items by popular demand. Most items sell quickly, and are then re-stocked accordingly. If an item does not sell, it will be discontinued.
Some items are rare and hard to come by, therefore if you see an item that is the only one in stock, it may be your only chance to purchase it in our store.
If you have any questions about custom or discontinued items that you are interested in and do not see in our store, please don't hesitate to contact us and ask if there is something we can find for you, along with your budget, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Thank you!

What are my payment options?
At this time we offer Google Checkout and money orders. Google Checkout is trusted, 100% safe and secure. It is also fast and very easy to use. You will see the Google Checkout badge when you are viewing your cart. For further information regarding money orders, please continue reading.
If you do not own a credit or debit card and would like to place an order to pay by money order, please send us an email explaining in detail what you would like to order, and we will respond with an emailed invoice along with instructions about your money order. PLEASE DO NOT FILL OUT THE MONEY ORDER before we give you these important instructions.

Are all of your items brand new?
About 99% of our items are brand new. On occasion we have some used items, and will specify it in the description. Usually our "used" items are those that have been removed from original packaging/removed tags etc, and stored away from regular inventory. We will never sell you an item that has been overused or is in poor condition. We will never sell you used piercing jewelry or novelty items. You will receive them in original packaging 100% of the time.

Are your silver and gold items real? What are diamantes?
Unless the description describes the purity of the metal, i.e.: ".925 Sterling Silver," "18k gold," or "silver/gold plated" etc., they are silver or gold tone., with the exception of body piercing jewelry (ie: belly rings, earrings, etc). All metal body piercing jewelry is lead and nickel free, made of 316L Implant Grade Surgical Steel ASTM F-138, and comply with California's Prop 65. "Diamantes" are another name for Austrian Crystal.
