You will receive your items in the exact condition and description in which stated. There may be occasions where we may sell a used item, and will certainly state so in the description. Have peace of mind knowing that even our used items are in excellent condition and you will not be disappointed! You will NOT EVER be sold used piercing jewelry. You will receive those in original packaging 100% of the time.
If by any chance you are not happy with your item, do not hesitate to contact us regarding the issue. We will be more than happy to arrange a refund or replacement. If you need a replacement due to defectiveness, you will need to ship back the item with a letter stating why you think it is defective. You can send an email if you prefer. Items that have been broken by you, your children, or pets or affected by normal use and wear and tear are not considered defective and you will not be granted a refund or replacement. Anything you send back for a replacement will be inspected for the stated defectiveness. If proved defective, you will immediately be sent a replacement, granted that the item is not one of a kind and that it is still in stock. If the item is not in stock you can choose to either receive a refund or another item of your choice, of equal or lesser value.
